Joseph Wolves Kill was born in Texas in1962.  He has studied the work of many artists in order to create his own powerful visual reflections of both personal struggle and success in life.  His bold vibrant paintings uncover hidden boundaries between beauty and disturbance.  Joseph's passion for the arts has taken him into the classroom as an art instructor, where he mentors inspiring young artists of the future.  His art has been shown throughout the U.S., as well as in Europe and Japan.  Images of his work have advertised and promoted conferences and organizations such as the Inter-tribal Council of AZ, Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts (murals), and ATLATL, (National Native Arts Network).  Commercially, Joseph has illustrated a children's book and designed book and album cover artwork.  He currently resides in Tempe, Arizona.
